Message to hospital manager’s, doctors and nurses, please be kind and considerate when things go wrong.
Especially when an innocent child dies. What you say, how you act and the way you treat the family, makes a difference to how they survive medical harm/neglect.
It can mean the difference between life and death.
The constant lies, cover ups, arrogance and disrespect shown by Birmingham Children’s Hospital staff and management was brutal. It took its toll on Hayley’s granny the most.
